How long will the programme take?
The duration of programmes will depend on the programme which learners enroll onto.
I have submitted my application. What happens next?
We aim to respond within 48 hours of the enquiry. Our friendly and informative team will get in touch as soon as possible and guide learners through the application process
Do I need to be working to apply for an apprenticeship?
Yes, you need a job to be an apprentice. If you are not employed you can apply for an apprenticeship job vacancy.
I submitted my application and am waiting for a response. Why haven’t I heard anything yet?

I cannot attend a programme, what can I do to reschedule?
Contact our team on 0333 220 6646 and they'll advise you on what to do.
I am not a UK resident yet, am I eligible for funding?

What is the best way to apply to a programme?
The best way to apply is through the form on our website. Click "Register My Interest" and fill in the application form.
I have completed all my masterclasses, what happens next?
Contact the below email to notify your caseload manager - this ticketing system will allocate your email to them and will prompt them to book your theory and practical elements. @Enquiries Fast Track
If I cannot attend/ need to reschedule a masterclass, what do I do?
You must contact us either by email or phone number - you will then be sent the bookings form with our masterclass dates for you to submit.
When will I receive the certificate for completing the masterclass?
Our compliance team sends them out, the certificates are purely physical evidence of your attendance, but we also make note of your attendance via your account.
What do I need to take for my medical?
You will need to take:
• Drivers Licence
• D4 Form
• D2 Form
When will my theory and practical training be booked?
Your theory and practical elements will not be booked until you have completed, and we have evidenced all the masterclasses
