Novice to Cat C
The National Logistics Academy’s Novice HGV Skills Bootcamp pathways allows your business to recruit and train new generation of HGV drivers. Our programme not only supports individuals through their licence but it embeds skills and knowledge required to be a well-rounded and professional HGV driver.
This programme offers a dual benefit for your business: it supports staff development by upgrading the skills of your existing employees to become skilled HGV drivers, enhancing their career paths within your company. Alternatively, it provides a valuable opportunity to recruit newly qualified drivers currently participating in the course.
